What to write about
| Topic | Include |
|---|---|
| Editorial questions | The page and the statement your question is about. |
| Provider evidence | The exact company and offer, and the official pages or documents that support your information. The information for providers lists what helps. |
| Privacy | What your request concerns. The privacy page explains what the site does and does not collect. |
| Accessibility | The page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you used. |
| Website problems | The page address, what happened and what you expected. A screenshot helps. |
Corrections
If something on the site is wrong or out of date, send:
- the page address;
- the exact statement you believe is wrong;
- your proposed correction;
- primary evidence, such as the provider’s own page or a written statement from the provider; and
- the date that evidence applies from, if known.
We check corrections against the evidence. When a fact changes, we update every place it is used, along with its check date. The methodology explains how corrections work.
A request does not need to come from a provider or commercial partner. Readers can report errors, unclear wording, broken sources and calculations that do not reconcile. Our correction record explains how material errors, later provider changes and clarifications are recorded.
Please do not send
- passwords, keys, tokens or other credentials;
- confidential details of your systems or architecture;
- private vulnerability reports or findings; or
- customer or personal data belonging to anyone else.
The PenTest Index does not handle security incidents or vulnerability disclosures for other companies. Contact the affected company directly.
Send only the information needed for your editorial question or request. If a screenshot or document contains confidential information, remove it before sending. Our privacy page explains how email and site-usage information are handled.
